We are accepting vendor applications for artists, crafters, cottage bakers and farmers.
General Information
Set up: Vendors may begin setting up Saturday morning at 7:00. Booths must be set up and ready for business by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025. All booths must remain open until 4:00. Your space will be reserved once your registration form and fee have been received. No one will be allowed to set up unless the fee has been received.
Booth Size: 12' x 12'
Booth Fee: $50 for each booth
Exhibitors: No more than two exhibitors per booth. No agents are allowed. You must attend the show in person.
Artists/Crafters: Your craft must be handmade by the exhibitor. Artwork must be original. Commercial items bought for resale are not allowed.
Work using copyrighted images will not be allowed. Examples include, but are not limited to, use of Disney or other identifiable characters, use of college mascots and/or names on items such as Alabama Crimson Tide or Auburn War Eagle. Exceptions will be made if the exhibitor has a license from Disney, the college or university represented, etc. Please be prepared to submit a copy of the license.
The coordinator holds the right to have any item or exhibit removed which is determined to be in bad taste.
Canopies: The use of canopies is permitted. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their canopy/tent is properly weighted and/or staked. We recommend 40 pounds of weight per leg.
Electricity: No electricity is provided.
Supplies: No chairs, tables, tents, extension cords, or signage will be provided by the event committee. You must bring all supplies needed for your booth.
Pets: No pets allowed. Service animals which have been trained to perform tasks that assist disabled people are permitted.
No tobacco use, including smoking, chewing, or vaping.
No alcohol is permitted.
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the Sheriff’s Rodeo Property.
THE FESTIVAL IS OUTDOORS AND WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
The organizer assumes no responsibility for damage or loss while on campus. Artists/crafters must be prepared to adequately secure their work and personal property.
